Dear Parents,

This is to bring to your kind notice that hence forth you would have to follow the instructions given below very strictly from dated 1/04/2025.

1. You are not permitted to take your child out of the hostel for any reason without leave sanctioned from the office at least three days in advance. We will consider in emergency. Situations that are acceptable.
2. You are not allowed to come and meet your child any time without obtaining permission from the school office except last Sundays of every month.
3. You are requested not to call the Hostel Warden/Matron on their personal phones for any work regarding your child during the weekdays except Sundays unless there is an emergency.
4. You are requested to follow the schedule of the school calendar strictly, especially for pick-up and drop during vacations and short breaks.  If not, you will have to pay a fine of Rs. 1000/- for not reporting on time or for early leave per day for which we are not in favor.
5. Parents are requested not to enter the hostel premises at any time of the year except during admission or if given special permission by the school office.
6. Parents are requested to send one pair of sport shoes at the beginning of the year with the child so that your child can be comfortable at play time.
7. Children are allowed to have only dry – fruits with them in the dormitories and no other food items are permitted.
8. Children are not allowed to have expensive watches or electronic items in the boarding.  If they have, it will be solely at their own risk.
9. Parents are requested to provide their personal E-mail Id to the warden or matron in order to have a timely interaction.
10. Parents are requested to please see that your child has a proper hair cut as per the school requirement.
11. Parents are requested not to give any pocket money to your child.
12. Give them controlled and supervised TV watching hours when at home.
13. Encourage your child to play on the ground for at least 1hr per day.
14. Do not encourage your child with junk food, instead they must go for balanced home cooked food.
15. Do not permit your child to use the internet without your supervision

• 01-04-2025 Boarders Report for the year 2025-26.
• 29-04-2025 Boarders leave for summer break at 4.00 pm. (except class X, XI & XII). (Compulsory to meet all the teachers)
• 10-05-2025 Class X XI & XII leave for summer Break at 4.00 pm. (Compulsory to meet all the teachers)
• 08-06-2025 Boarders will report between (9am – 6pm).
• 27-07-2025 Exeat for Boarders from 9.30 to 6.00pm (Last Sunday).
• 13-08-2025 Exeat for boarders after 4.00pm. (Janmashtami Holidays)
• 17-08-2025 Boarders will report before 6pm.
• 28-09-2025 Exeat for Boarders from 9.30 to 6.00pm (Last Sunday).
• 10-10-2025 Exeat for boarders after PTM after 4.00 pm (Diwali Vacation) (Compulsory to meet all the teachers)
• 26-10-2025 Boarders of class X, XI & XII report back for winter break classes before 6pm.
• 02-11-2025 Boarders of Grade 3rd to 9th will report between 9am to 6pm.
• 30-11-2025 Exeat for Boarders from 9.30 to 6.00pm (Last Sunday).
• 10-01-2026 Exeat for boarders after Annual Athletic Meet (Uttarayan Break)
• 15-01-2026 Boarders will report before 6.00pm sharp.
• 21-02-2026 Boarders of class XI will leave for short break after 4.00 pm
• 01-03-2026 Boarders of class XI will report before 6.00 pm.

Please follow the exeat schedule as per the timing for pick-up and drop.
